On September 28, 2018, I badly injured my left knee. After several appointments with the orthopedic surgeon, we decided to try healing my knee with physical therapy instead of surgery. Unfortunately, I continued to get worse instead of better. During this time, I crossed paths with Angie at our daughters’ basketball game. She quickly noticed I was struggling to get around. She highly recommended a physical therapist she had used so I thought I would give him a shot. Angie did not know me from Adam, but was so eager to help and I am forever grateful!Â
Fast forward to January 29, 2019…I had surgery and the very next morning I was at PT with the new physical therapist.  Before going into surgery, the Dr. asked what is the one thing I wanted out of this surgery. I quickly responded by saying, “I just want to be able to walk again!” The road to recovery was both physically and mentally draining, but I was determined to get better! Not only for me, but my husband and 3 daughters. Shortly after getting cleared from PT, I started TTT, and I’m SO thankful I did!!!!
Today, not only can I walk, but I am able to do 4-5 TTT workouts a week! I rotate my days with HIIT (weight training) and Cardio Core workouts! Angie, along with her amazing team of trainers, have been by my side cheering me on every step (literally) of the way! They push me when I need to be pushed, they help me find modifications when there is an exercise I physically can’t do, but most of all they deeply care about their clients and their health. I have worked out at many places in the past, and I have never found a community/group of gals like TTT.  I have been at TTT for a year or so, and it was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I never thought I would be able to do group fitness again. Not only has TTT shown me “I CAN”, but the group of gals I get to do it with are so encouraging, inspiring, and caring! I am hooked…the workouts are super creative, well thought out, and never the same! I’m SO thankful for the TTT trainers and this amazing community!
